I had my car in for an oil change service and was waited on by Sam. He said it would be 1 1/2 to 2 hours and I would wait there. After 2 hours and 15 minutes I look out the window and there sits my car, on by Sam. He said it would be 1 1/2 to 2 hours and I would wait there. After 2 hours and 15 minutes I look out the window and there sits my car, nobody came out to tell me it was ready. I went to the cashier and she found the finished order and I left. When I looked over the receipt my car was done at 14:39(2:39PM) so I had sat there for over an hour and half because nobody came out to tell me. I felt like a second class citizen, maybe it's because I drive a Venue the low end model. More
Danny and Shaw were friendly, businesslike and answered any question I asked. Coming from out of state I anticipated communication issues but was pleasantly surprised there were none.
