I was there to have work done that I was told needed to be done and was under warranty. When I came to pick up the car I received a bill for 700 for the work. I was informed that the work was “requested by be done and was under warranty. When I came to pick up the car I received a bill for 700 for the work. I was informed that the work was “requested by customer” and therefore wasn’t a warranty item even though the necessary work was brought to my attention at a previous visit, was told at time it was a warranty item and was also told that it was covered under warranty when I dropped off the car. Also, at the previous visit, I was charged for a tire rotation I never received. When I questioned the previous bill this time, I was informed that the rotation was not done during the previous visit because I would be needing tires soon anyway. Both issues were eventually resolved to my satisfaction but I shouldn’t have to go through the hassle. One other minor point. They used to wash the car every time I received service, but not anymore. It was a really nice touch that indicated to me that they cared about their customers. More
