I tried contacting the dealership via email, online appointments, and calling. I had to drive down to the dealership to schedule an appointment. Once I made my appointment, I was texted what was happen appointments, and calling. I had to drive down to the dealership to schedule an appointment. Once I made my appointment, I was texted what was happening and when my car would be ready (Thursday or Friday (I dropped it off on a Tuesday)). I texted Friday morning asking when my car would be ready. I heard nothing. I texted again hours later. Again, nothing. I called the number online for the dealership 4 times and no one answered. I had to drive down there to get information about my car. I was told the parts came in late and they were just starting on it. I needed my car for an appointment Monday early morning. I was told they could get it to me Saturday by 4. I said do better. The agent said she would see if it would be done by 12p. It was completed after 5 days and didn’t get much communication about the status. More
