Lack of communication, would have to call multiple times just to get someone to answer the phone. Had to bring my car back 3 times bc it still wasn’t fixed driving an hour each way, they only offer a small just to get someone to answer the phone. The first transmission they put in didn’t work so they had to put in a second transmission on a 2021 car. Told me it was going to be 1000s yo get 2 sensors fixed which beep every time you put the car in gear. More
