Not satisfied with the outcome from my visit, no one ever answers the phone until you call a million times, I was suggested to do something that may or may not fix the problem even though they knew the code answers the phone until you call a million times, I was suggested to do something that may or may not fix the problem even though they knew the code that was being pulled. I was suggested to do a tune up when the code that was being pulled was an ignition coil code. Ken told me that the tune up was $400 and that it MAY fix the problem. If it didn’t fix the problem then we would need to spend another $600 on the ignition coils. Just very unsatisfied with the service and will not be bringing it back to the dealership. More

My Hyundai Accent was running poorly and then wouldn't start. The technician at Safford Brown Hyundai found and fixed the problem quickly. Safford Brown no longer honors promises made with regards to the purchase of an extended warranty. I was told I would receive a free complimentary car wash after every service appointment. Safford now want to the purchase of an extended warranty. I was told I would receive a free complimentary car wash after every service appointment. Safford now wants to charge $9.95 for the car wash. When I questioned this charge I was told it was because Safford bought the dealership and they no longer honor that perk. I can understand no longer offering this perk to new customers but I feel that it’s unfair to remove it from an existing customers plan. This should be grandfathered in. I am very disappointed in this decision and will be taking my car purchasing dollars to another dealership when the time comes. More
