On every issue Mr. Weech was simply outstanding... informative, responsive, flexible, cordial and effective. He showed the kind of intelligent restraint that avoided any aggressive sales pitch, but h informative, responsive, flexible, cordial and effective. He showed the kind of intelligent restraint that avoided any aggressive sales pitch, but he was prompt in following up my queries and thorough in preparing me to operate the new vehicle. In short he was a model sales person with a product that is so outstanding that, if allowed to do so, it sells itself. Also, when the computer system went down during final paper work, Sarah showed thoughtfulness in arranging for a tired wife with some medical problems to leave for lunch. Sarah then did exactly what she promised and mailed some of the final papers as soon as they could be printed. I have been driving for more than half a century and have owned dozens of automobiles. I never had a better experience, so my compliments to Anthony and colleagues. alton frye More
Their prices were about $2000 less than other dealers for the new Hyundai that I was considering. Website implies that there is one additional fee: "Only taxes, tags, freight charge and processing fee of $ the new Hyundai that I was considering. Website implies that there is one additional fee: "Only taxes, tags, freight charge and processing fee of $389 additional." That implies that the only fee is $389, but the wording is deceptive. I saw on Google reviews some saying that there are over $1000 in fees additional, and since they're more than an hour drive, I wanted to confirm the price by email. By email, they added an additional $720 "freight fee" to the $389, making a total of more than $1100 in "fees" on top of the government taxes. When I wrote back saying no thank you, I'm not interested at that price given the extra fees not stated on website, they scolded me, writing, "I WILL REFERE YOU THE WEB SITE AND YOU ARE GONA FIND IT THERE AT THE END OF THE PAGE." I will not reward their attempt at luring people in by advertising a price more than $1100 less than the actual price. More
