This is a dealership that understands the meaning of customer service! Not only is it a Get Happy Place but it has what I call the WOW FACTOR! I traded in my Volvo C70 for an Elantra Limited. I loved my customer service! Not only is it a Get Happy Place but it has what I call the WOW FACTOR! I traded in my Volvo C70 for an Elantra Limited. I loved my Volvo, and for a performance car it gets good gas mileage, but is expensive to keep. Alas with the economy as it is, I needed a replacement, and I still need to have fun driving. I was at, to say the least skeptical. Wow, was I glad I finally got to test drive the Elantra Limited, and that was only thanks to Anthony's communication skills in keeping me informed on cars coming in, no one, I, mean, no other dealership in the area (I was shopping all small cars) answered my questions and did this for me. I finally got to drive one, and I love it. It handles corners, has good pickup speed, and truly is fun to drive. My family has all been in it, and driven it. All are between 5'10 and 6'2 (I am the short one) They have plenty of room in front and back. It does have road noise, but I see that as a trade for the better gas mileage and still having a fun car to drive. Sarah Burger handled the financing, she was great and she really worked some magic for me to get me in the car. Overall I got a great price for my trade in, a car that I love, and financing that was perfect for me. That is the WOW FACTOR! More

Steve did a very good job. He was not too pushy and very good to talk to. He didn't know everything about the car, but who does know everything? I bought my first Hyundai from Browns in 2004 and when it was time to get a new 2011 I went back hoping for the same great service as experienced in 2004. I was not dissapointed. The names and faces had changed but their committment to their customers had not changed. They knew my budget and did everything they could to keep within the range that I could afford. Brian my sales guy took me through every feature on my new elantra inside and out and there was not a question to which he did not know the answer. I usually keep a car 8 - 10 years. Before I purchased my Hyundai Elantra Limited I owned a 2001 VW Passat [over 10 years]. Much has changed with automobile technology since then, and to my pleasant surprise Hyundai Elantra Limited I owned a 2001 VW Passat [over 10 years]. Much has changed with automobile technology since then, and to my pleasant surprise much has changed [for the better] with the car buying experience - at least at Brown's Manassas Hyundai. My salesman was Anthony Weech. Not only does he have expert knowledge of his Hyundai products, he was extremely familiar with my VW Passat! I test drove both the Sonata Limited [great car] and the Elantra. I decided on the Elantra Limited because I feel more comfortable driving a smaller vehicle. In addition to Anthony's technical expertise, he treated me professiionally, courteously, and with enthusiasm - answering all my questions before, during, and after the sale. I also dealt with Bryan Meredeith, the general sales manager. I wanted a red Elantra with black leather interior. Well, there were none in the Washington DC metro region. Bryan personally arranged for a dealer exchange with a dealer over 300 miles away so I could have exactly what I really wanted rather than settling for a second choice. Bryan also worked with me on the price of the car. I had done my homework on many internet sites including Cons Repts and quickly accepted Brown's discounted price. Bryan's trade-in offer on my Passat also tracked with my internet research. At closing I worked with Shak Alfonse, the finance director - professional, low key, and no pressure to buy add-ons as was typical during my earlier car buying experiences in years past. Shak explained the financeing options, additional warranty options/services, their value, advantages/limitations, etc. Again, no hardball sales pitch. In summary, they have a really good sales team at Brown's. Eventhough I live 22 miles away, I will most likely use their service department and will provide another review. Hopefully they'll be as good as the sales guys. More

We also shopped at competitors and were not happy with the level of customer service. At Manassas Hyundai we had always felt like we were treated as if we were the only customers there! I am not surprised that our buying experience was also flawless. We love our 2011 Santa Fe and plan to keep it ten plus years! I would like to thank Chris Mallory (Sales Consultant), Bryan Meridieth (General Sales Manager) and Sarah Burger(Finance Manager) for excellent first rate customer service! Chris was very friendly, knowledgeable, kind and took the time to make sure this was the right SUV for us. Chris said it was okay to take the SUV home and make sure it fit in our small garage. Chris was never rushed even on a very busy day. Bryan Meridieth was also very knowledgeable and very kind. Bryan worked the numbers and made us feel like we had a great deal! Bryan in our book is a top rate General Sales Manager! Bryan took extra time to put us in a 2011 V6 SE model. It really made all the difference in the world for us. Sarah was also very knowledgeable, friendly with a great smile and made sure we were covered on all the warranties and services that we wanted.
