I got my own financing and then all of a sudden she said she could match it. They will attempt everything in the book to weasel the dollars out of your pocket. If you go here, cause they do have reasonable prices, just be prepared. More

While visiting friends in Manassas, my 2009 Elantra's power steering light came on just as I was about to head home (I live in Arlington) on Sunday night. I called the Hyundai Service Line, and everyone power steering light came on just as I was about to head home (I live in Arlington) on Sunday night. I called the Hyundai Service Line, and everyone I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. I decided to spend the night and call for a tow truck in the morning. Since Brown's was only a few miles away, the car was towed there. I called the dealership and spoke with Darrell about the possibility of my car being fixed that day since I needed to get home. Darrell was very friendly, courteous, and definitely went out of his way to get my car looked at that same day. Unfortunately, the car needed to be repaired and the part needed had to be ordered. Although it was a hassle to arrange for a ride and drive back to get the car, I am very happy to have dealt with this dealership. Thank you so much for making the best of this bad situation! I had a really good time at Brown's. Steve was my dealer and he was really nice throughout the whole ordeal. It was a good battle and I think we both won at the end. Steve's friendliness and casual behavior made what should have been a nerve-wrecking moment (buying and negotiating a new car) into an experience where I felt comfortable and able to purchase the car and leave off the lot that night. I also had a very good experience with the finance team. In particular Sarah Burger. She was very nice and friendly even though I had kept her past hours. For that I am definitely grateful as well as her trying to get me the best deal possible. She was so excited to let me know that I wouldn't have to pay as much as I had originally planned.
