He was courteous, forthright and I felt I was able to trust him. He even took my calls on his day off! Once we settled on a price, Anthony coordinated holding the car for me until the next day. And he spent time with me reviewing all the documentation on the vehicle as well as walking me through a floor-model to ensure I had any questions about operation and maintenance answered. Upon arrival at the dealership, I was assisted through the traditional paperwork trail by Carroll Newman, he made the transaction very easy and pleasant. And while most people never bother to mention them, I will say that the finance manager was also a pleasure to work with. All in all, I am very happy with my interaction with the Brown's Manassas team, which bears mentioning one other thing- they really do behave like a team (not something I've found at other dealers). I got my own financing and then all of a sudden she said she could match it. They will attempt everything in the book to weasel the dollars out of your pocket. If you go here, cause they do have reasonable prices, just be prepared. More
