After receiving the run around from a handful of other dealerships (some requiring a $500 deposit just to search for the vehicle I wanted, others being very dishonest ie providing false VIN numbers, and a dealerships (some requiring a $500 deposit just to search for the vehicle I wanted, others being very dishonest ie providing false VIN numbers, and another, after securing a specific vehicle with a deposit, receiving the VIN number, setting up loan and insurance with that particular vehicle, being told that it was sold to someone else) Manassas Hyundai was VERY refreshing to work with. Irish was incredibly friendly and helpful, even under time constraints. The entire process with Irish was very easy and straightforward. I never at any time felt pressured into anything, including any potential add ons to the vehicle I was purchasing. He went out of his way to get me the exact vehicle I wanted within my time frame. The whole team really came together to make this happen, and I was extremely appreciative. They were very competitive with pricing and matched an offer I had already received without any hassle. Sarah in financing was very helpful in explaining the whole process and Brian was a friendly and useful resource regarding the purchase of my vehicle. I would never go anywhere else. They did not only make the whole car buying process much more manageable, but FUN and far less stressful than anywhere else you will go. More

I purchased it the end of January, and have spent WAY TOO MANY DAYS (and tons of hours) back at the dealership. I am now on my THIRD radio, because of a "voice recognition" problem, and nothing has been fixed. First, they told me the problem was MY phone, so I went and bought a new phone (that I now realize I did NOT need.) A minimum of 10 different kinds of phones have been tried. NONE WORK with the Veloster system. Today they sent me home telling me that there is no current "fix" ... and I'll have to WAIT FOR A RECALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The document they gave me says, " Nothing further at this time." They keep telling me the General Manager will call me, and that I'm first on his list. He must have lost the list... because I still haven't heard from him. I am not a happy camper, to say the least. *** I've checked that I would NOT recommend this dealership, but I could change my mind, if somebody could fix the problem. More
This is why car dealerships and car sales people get a bad name. From the sales guy to the sales manager to the GM (who will never call you back by design), they have the art of lying down toa science. Th bad name. From the sales guy to the sales manager to the GM (who will never call you back by design), they have the art of lying down toa science. They could care less about your repeat business or your safty. They intentionally sold me a car that would not pass inspection yet they said was certified in VA. The machanics that were so called state certified were Brown employees. They car was dangerously flawed and they knew it. I took it to a Maryland inspection station and they said it was dangeruos to drive. Buyer beware More
I contacted this dealership about purchasing a new Veloster. I spoke with Santiago who told me on three seperate conversations that there were several on the lot, two of which met my exact specificat Veloster. I spoke with Santiago who told me on three seperate conversations that there were several on the lot, two of which met my exact specifications. I repeated the info to him numerous times to make sure, because I stated that we live 2 hours away from the dealership and would not want to make a wasted trip. He was adamant that they had what we wanted in stock. He pushed me to set up an appointment with Brian his sales manager the next day, so I did. He told me that he would call and let me know if they were sold before we made the trip. He called me back with an exact price and breakdown of costs for the vehicle to bring with us when we came. My husband called the next morning to confirm that the cars were still available, and he was told again that yes they were. I got off work early, we found a babysitter, and then made the trip to the dealership. Upon arriving there we were introduced to Brian who told us that neither of those cars was actually in stock or on the lot. They didn't sell them before we got there, they were never actually there to begin with. They had a base model which was not even close to what I inquired about. Also, there were none with our specifications on order either, so we couldn't even pre-purchase one. We were very upset at the waste of our time and the deception of the dealer. To be fair Brian did offer to pay for a tank of gas, but I had filled up before leaving, so that was useless to us. He kept mentioning that Santiago just sits in the call center and can't visibly see the lot inventory. Well, if that's the case then don't have him answer the phone! We were ready to purchase when we went there, well, now they won't see a penny from us. I hope they can afford to lose customers, because I have already told numerous people about our experience. I visited this dealership with the intention to lease a new Hyundai Sonata. Spent about 3 hours with the Sales Person Mr. Sherman, which included test drive and working on the numbers. A price was agreed u new Hyundai Sonata. Spent about 3 hours with the Sales Person Mr. Sherman, which included test drive and working on the numbers. A price was agreed upon for a particular vehicle. I wanted to trade in my old vehicle. They offered me $1000 for my vehicle, while CARMAX had given me a written offer of $2500. So I asked the sales person, whether his offer for the new vehicle would be valid for 3-4 days to which his answer was YES. So I advised him that I would sell my old vehicle on craigslist and then come back for the new vehicle after 2 or 3 days. He said fine. I sold my old vehicle and went back to finalize the deal at Manassas Hyundai. Mr. Sherman advised me that the vehicle which we looked at was not available. The vehicle which was available had some extra features and was expensive compared to the one we had seen 3 days back. After spending another 2 hours, I had to return home without conducting any business. Their attitude was as if they were not interested to sell. I would never go to this dealership again. More

I had a bad experience with this dealership. The sales staff was initially friendly, however, their disposition soured considerably when I bargained for a lower price. After I had purchased my vehicle (a staff was initially friendly, however, their disposition soured considerably when I bargained for a lower price. After I had purchased my vehicle (a 2006 Mazda 6s)I was treated poorly when I tried to obtain a spare key. two weeks after I purchased the car, its battery died. The dealership was once again unwilling to help. a few weeks ago I received a request from Chris Mallory asking for references. I replied to this request incredulously and this is the response which I received: Actually I did not send the referral email, you were given a more than fair deal and yet you felt as though we owed you more and I never said we would get a key made for you.You complained about joshua but you may want to lose the I am better than you attitude that you show. Chris Mallory Brown's Hyundai of Manassas Manassas, VA 20111 Phone: (703) 361-9600 I obviously felt slighted by this lack of professionalism and common courtesy. At Brown's Manassas Hyundai the salesmen care more about their egos than their customer's satisfaction. More
