I meet with Tom who greets me during every visit with a warm and friendly smile. During this noon hour visit, Tom stated he hoped he could get a service worker available to complete the work in a timely manner. As usual, Tom was extremely helpful and the work was completed in about 90 minutes. I left the dealership completely satisfied with the who process. More

It would be really nice to get that discount honored. Additionally, I mentioned when scheduling that I was having an issue starting my car sometimes and thought maybe it was related to the spark plugs, which were replaced during my service appt... however, I’m still having the same issue and no additional recommendation was made on what could be causing the issue. Now I’m wondering if the tech even checked, listened, and evaluated my concern at all. pretty disappointing. More
