Awesome experience I was so pleased with the fact that I didn’t have to spend all day at the dealership waiting to get my dream Jeep. Arkeem made sure that I signed all the necessary paperwork and William helped to push my less than perfect credit approval through with the bank. I was in at noon and driving off the lot with my Jeep at 3:00. So happy!! These guys are not only professional and efficient but they are also friendly and down to earth. Jen had an attitude when I asked for a copy of my paperwork Jen did not want to give me paperwork for my vehicle that I requested. She asked why I needed it and I said for my records. She had an attitude to mak Jen did not want to give me paperwork for my vehicle that I requested. She asked why I needed it and I said for my records. She had an attitude to make a copy of it and said she had to log back into the system to print it out for me. She rolled her eyes then went to print it out. It would have been easier for her to make a copy using a copy machine instead of the couple minutes it took her to print one out but I’m not sure if they have a copy machine. Instead, she made a big deal about printing it out for me. Also, I had asked for the shuttle but it seemed like she didn’t want to call the person because she hadn’t seen the driver in 2 hours she said. That’s unfair to clients if they need to pick up their vehicle. On the bright side, the cashier was very pleasant and nice when I went in. More
