I set up a test drive via text and the car was ready for us when we arrived. My wife and I both had a chance to drive the vehicle on residential as well as higher speed roads (something other dealers did not offer). We had found the model we wanted but what about the packages and options? Billy had that covered. He brought several similar models and parked them next to the one we had test driven so we could compare literally side-by-side. In the end we decided to stick with the one we test drove and moved on to price. Billy worked with us to get us the price we needed with all the accessories we wanted. Both Billy and finance stayed past closing to get the deal done and send us off with the car of our dreams. All-in-all it was a painless buying experience.
