Not a customer service priority shop I use to like this shop but now they are more into how much money they can make off a customer than fixing car issues that should not be with 21K on t I use to like this shop but now they are more into how much money they can make off a customer than fixing car issues that should not be with 21K on the vehicle. They tried to get me to buy 2 new tires, when I told them they should of put quality tires on the car When it was bought her response was they were factory!!! That’s not my problem for the cost of vehicles My tires should last ME and that Car for more than 21K miles! She did not seem concerned didn’t even want to negotiate price or anything just said okay and walked away. She did try to blame tire rotation on it which I’ve had them rotated 4 times so that's not the issue! Their cheap parts, tires etc are the issue. What makes me more upset is that I’ve been a Hyundai valued customer for over 30 years and that NO longer matters. More

Even though Brown's Manassas didn't have the exact Trim and color on the lot, they went above and beyond to find my exact vehicle from a different lot and brought it to me to close. Excellent job!
