My Elantra needed an oil change and she was wasn’t shifting smoothly-there was a drag in her shifting. I called my service advisor Mike and he schedule my appt according to my schedule and had a loane shifting smoothly-there was a drag in her shifting. I called my service advisor Mike and he schedule my appt according to my schedule and had a loaner car ready for me. I picked up my car two days later, she was clean and driving great. Kudos to my mechanic who figured out the problem and to Mike. As always, I am satisfied with the service and great customer service at Browns Hyundai in Manassas. More
