I called Safford as I was directed by my mechanic, due to the car still being under warranty. I let safford know the part I was told I needed. That’s not what safford fixed. They called to tell me it was the car still being under warranty. I let safford know the part I was told I needed. That’s not what safford fixed. They called to tell me it was done, but they had not fixed the issue. I returned the car and they kept it another 2 days. I did not have my car for 6 days with no offer of a loaner. I had to miss work. Safford never called with updates. I had to be very proactive. When I finally got my car back, I was charged $15 for you to add probably the most expensive gas, to test the car, and it was returned to me covered in poop. It cost me way more than the $15 dollars to have my car fixed under warranty as I lost a day at work due to lack of transportation and now have to take my car through the car wash because it’s so disgusting. James was very nice. But communication was not good. My mechanic checked in on my car and the service more than Safford Brown. Safford Brown might want to take a better look at the service they provide. While waiting to speak with James, I heard another customer complaining about the same issues. This is not a one time problem. I travel a distance to take my car to my mechanic. It’s very inconvenient. It would have been so easy to get regular business from me, with even half the customer service I received. Thankfully, James was very nice and had a good sense of humor, but that just does not negate having to deal with the bad service. More
