I bought my first Hyundai from this dealership in 2001, when it was Jerry's Hyundai and have taken my Elantra back to this dealership for every single oil change and checkup recommended by the manufacturer when it was Jerry's Hyundai and have taken my Elantra back to this dealership for every single oil change and checkup recommended by the manufacturer. I now have over 175,000 miles on my Hyundai and I have all of the customer service and service people to thank for this. This dealership has had some different owners, but the employees have stayed so I have continued to deal for the most part with the same employees. Even the new employees have done excellent by me. I have found everyone employed by Brown's Hyundai of Leesburg from the salesmen to the service people to be honest, respectful and extremely trustworthy! Whenever I have had a problem with something on my 2001 Elantra, everyone has gone beyond the norm in trying to locate the problem, fix it and not ever have I been ripped off!! When we needed/wanted a second car, Brown's of Leesburg was the very first place we came back to because of the customer service which is outstanding. We received a good deal on our new Santa Fe and everyone worked with us and from the financial department to the sales department to the parts department to the service department we received friendly, trustworthy, courteous, honest service with no BS!!! We cannot say enough good things about Brown's Hyundai of Leesburg. They are the model of what a car dealership should be! More

First of all, Steve Marzo was a great salesperson who kept an eye out for car I was looking for. Then when I got there to test drive, Steve was with another client so John Sasso happily stepped in and t kept an eye out for car I was looking for. Then when I got there to test drive, Steve was with another client so John Sasso happily stepped in and took us on a great route for a test drive. Then both of them worked together on the trade of our current car and purchase of new car making it an efficient and painless process. The dealership was very fair on our trade in and we didn't have to haggle on any prices because they were right on what we had expected. Jesse in finance got us a much lower interest rate than we had all lined up and was very speedy. From walking in and out the whole purchase, trade, and financing took 31/2 hrs and was actually my easiest car purchase. More

From the the moment I enter the front door, to the moment I pulled away in my new purchased 2012 Elantra, it was by far the " best" car buying experience of my life! John Sasso, welcomed my friend and I with a smile and a hand shake, and at that minute I knew from the first few words that John would help me find what I was looking for. John, is friendly, and really easy to talk to, genuine, he just inspired trust in me, and, I did not feel like I was working with what most people would describe of a typical "car salesman", throw all those pre-conceived ideas out the window, because John is really a "real"person!. I got answers to all my questions, everything was clear and detailed, the test drive really gave me a feel for the car I was looking to purchase, and it was fun and exciting. The whole team was fantastic, friendly, and, I will always recommend Brown's Hyundai to my friends, family, because everyone deserve to have the same experience as I had with buying a new car. From management, to sale, to financing, it was easy-peasy :-) If I was a cheerleader, I would want to be cheering for that team! YOU GUYS ROCK! Despite a very positive review in December, my interaction with the service department again in January was less than positive. My car has been brought in for the same thing 3 times since I purch interaction with the service department again in January was less than positive. My car has been brought in for the same thing 3 times since I purchased it in September of 2011. I am apparenly "at fault" because I drive on dirt roads, or so I was told. I was also told that if I continue to drive on dirt roads, I will always have a problem.....wow! When my husband questioned why the extended warranty (that we purchased) didn't seem to cover anything, he was very clearly told "well sir, you're the one who bought a car with over 60,000 miles on it". RUDE!!!!! Your $100 diagnostic fee is ridiculous. I could see charging it if a car other than a Hyundai comes in for service, but charging that to diagnose and service your own vehicles is not very customer-centered. When your Service Advisor was questioned why the part was $31 and our estimate was close to $400, we were told, "well we have to pay our service guys on every car they work on". So does that equate to overcharging the customer????? I am so disappointed in the way were treated that day! I will continue to service my vehicle, however not at your service department. Ken and Julie are beyond outstanding, but I cannot say that about the others that represent you. Too bad one bad experience overrides all the positive. More

She is the manager of a terribly run service department. Their diagnostic of any issue is done in mere minutes and rest assured your estimate will be ridiculous and include parts you don't even need. These people are scam artist and should be ashamed of themselves. More
My experience with these guys were nothing but the best! Shawn Aramideh was my salesman that walked me through the whole process, I felt very comfortable through out the who buying experience. He wasn't pushy like most other Salesmen from other places "if you know what i mean :-) ". He was very down to earth and kept it at a pace that worked for me! A matter of fact, he even skipped his lunch to make sure I was taken care of. Thanx Shawn. :-) Jim was very helpful answering any questions that I wasn't sure about. He made sure that i understood everything completely. Even my smallest questions wasn't a problem and I know I asked a lot! Jesse Gill was the Finance Manager, and he worked magic for me. I'm very glad I listened to you Jesse. <thumbs up!> Over all the Brown's Hyundai gave me the best deal and customer experience that I've ever had with purchasing a vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone that's looking for a car! If they where selling toasters I'd probably buy that too just because of the service. ;-) But all jokes aside, Thank you guys at Brown's Hyundai very much. More
