Horrible service. No help from management I brought in a Hyundai Genesis to have a loose part on the front of the car fixed. It was glaringly obvious what was wrong. They told me what needed I brought in a Hyundai Genesis to have a loose part on the front of the car fixed. It was glaringly obvious what was wrong. They told me what needed to be fixed and told me I needed to order and prepay for the part. When I brought it to be fixed, it turns out they replaced something completely different from what I had asked them to fix. They told me that the part that they replaced had been dragging on the ground (something they had never mentioned). In between ordering the part and having it replaced, we drove it hundreds of miles. I think we would have noticed something dragging. After discovering their error and waiting an hour and half, I was told the service manager wasn't in and that he would call me as soon as he got in. Nine hours and 2 calls later, he called. When I went back, the service manager and the general manager told me I could not get a refund, that my car had a lot of damage (another thing they had never mentioned before.). My husband really likes his Genesis, but we will never buy a Hyundai again. They gave up a future $38,000 sale to save $235. If you need to buy a Hyundai go to another dealership. Or get a Honda! I have had a lot of dealings with Dulles Honda and have had no problems! More
