Since it was many years since I previously bought a new car, I had forgotten about all the detailed paperwork the comes at the very end of the process. I recommend getting copies of everything you will or optionally want to sign later on at your first visit, including the extended warranty you may be offered. Read all the fine print in advance of "closing", at your leisure. More

Arrogant Sales Manager I will be buying a new car within the next year. Decided to look at the Santa Fe. It was last day of month and sticker price on one I liked was $38k. I will be buying a new car within the next year. Decided to look at the Santa Fe. It was last day of month and sticker price on one I liked was $38k. Salesperson was great. And then Sales Manager Qwan, not sure about spelling, came up to me and told be the car payment would be $750 a month for that car. When I looked shock he was very rude and said it was a $40k car, what did I except. Really? Since when did people pay sticker. He even added money! He didn't even look at my trade-in. My mother look at a $70k BMW and her car payment was going to be $750. This car was 30,000 less. He acted like we were a bother. Didn't even try to negotiate. He was so rude my mom, my husband and I left immediately. We all were disgusted with how we were treated and will never go back to that dealer. Though I liked Santa Fe I'm not sure I will get one because of this experience. More
