The drove me imminently to the lot and let me test drive. As women are, they keep changing there minds constantly.... So did I. However, the Manager and our Sales rep. C.J. never lost their smile and patient with me. 100% professional. About 3 hours later I saw the Elentra GT and fall in love with it. However, the price was a bit too high for me, so C.J. got his G.M Matt to see were we can agree on. Matt was very polite and a great person to deal with as well very professional, we were very surprise, since we had with some other Huydai dealership not such a pleasant experience. Yesterday I picked up my new car, which was ready in the front for me to pick up. The finance part went smooth and I got a great car introduction/ sign up with ........ ( sorry, I forgot his name). As well very professional, kind and knows the cars very well. My next car, I would defiantly buy it here again and recommend this location to others to but their new car here at Hyundai Fairfax! Thank you! More

I dealt with Kristen Glenn over the internet, and we came to an agreement on the lease payment and up front costs. Kristen was very responsive and was upfront about all of the upfront lease costs. When I got to the dealership, I worked with Don Barker who was great, and I would highly recommend that you ask for him if you go to buy or lease a car. He went over the car with me and got me started on the paperwork. Everything was as agreed and there were no undisclosed fees or other surprises. Ken Misra, the Business Manager, was equally friendly and efficient and didn't try to up-sell me on anything unnecessary. If I buy or lease another Hyundai I would definitely buy from Fairfax Hyundai. More

Was interested in purchasing a newer model of the same car in 2009. Salesman went on a test drive with me and took his time to explain the new features compared to my 2006. I decided to just keep my current vehicle and the salesperson was very understanding. I didn't feel that he thought I wasted his time. No high pressure sales practices like I've had at other dealers even if I didn't want their car. More
Bad Experience I bought a Santa Fe Sport and have been having problems from day 1. Two months after purchase, Fairfax Hyundai said they were going to replace the en I bought a Santa Fe Sport and have been having problems from day 1. Two months after purchase, Fairfax Hyundai said they were going to replace the engine with a brand new one to solve my problems. One week later, I had a remanufactured (i.e. "used") engine in my two month old Santa Fe. Now my gas mileage sucks and they're telling me to go to arbitration if I don't like it. Talk about a HASSLE! That's not what I call good customer service. More
On March 7, 2014, I brought my 2013 Genesis in for service. Since the car is less than a year old, they fixed the throttle body issue for no charge. On March 8, I stopped by to get something out of my car but they informed me that your technician took my car home and that I would have to wait until the next day to get my belongings. Their service department told me that the trip was necessary to identify the true issue with my car. Since it took them a long time to fix my car, I had to leave to go on a two week business trip so I left my car at the dealership. I was told that they would call me when my car was fixed. I received no call. My father stopped by on Sunday, March 16, to pick up my car. It took a while for the office to find my car. My father immediately pointed out to the office the excessive mileage documented on the order form but the office said to call the office during the week to discuss the problem with someone in the office. By their own documentation, over 200 miles were put on my car. My father then drove the car 4.4 to my home, and was followed by my mother, and he parked the car in front of my house. I returned from my business trip on Tuesday, March 26, and went to work the next morning. I got into my car and noticed a shake or shimmy in my car. When I got to work, I called your dealership and then immediately drove it to your dealership that morning. The service department informed me that my car must have been in an accident or driven off the road as the car has three bent rims, a piece of the body had been broken off, and the piece that holds the radiator was also broken off. This is my new car! Your technician denied any wrong doing and told me that everything was fine when he had the car. Needless to say, the dealership is accepting no responsibility and refused to discuss a fair and equitable adjustment. As a result, I filed a police report with the City of Fairfax Police Department. I will no longer use this dealership for service and will never buy another car from them as well! Please be cautious when you leave your car with this dealer! More

I decided to consider a new vehicle because I currently work 3 jobs and can't afford have a car that doesn't have a warranty. This dealership and salesman won't steer you wrong. I have and will continue to recommend them to everyone I know. Both experiences with sales have been friendly, straight forward and honest. I had decided on this purchase to use my own financing, but they made it so easy and matched what I would have paid, that I went with them. Service is open late, will take you right in (even without an appt) easily and professionally. I can't recommend this dealership more. I've already sent them and Don several sales. All that I've sent are extremely pleased! More
My son took his Elantra in for service. the engine developped a misfire. Vehicle was diagnosed as needi8ng CAM sensor--replaced along with coil pack. Still did not repair problem, wa told he needed a battery and cables, replaced/no repair. Said he needed alternator, not corrected. Many hundreds of dollars later, vehicle is still there as they "take another whack at it". Service Manager refuses to escalate to Hyundai, refuses to have General Manager involved. They did provide a loaner car---but demanded it back when my son complained about their total lack of communication and progress. Has to be the worst case of client service I have ever seen. We received a boilerplate "we value your business" email And then they do not return my calls---EVEN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT LINES RING BUSY!!! More
