Called last minute at get an appointment for an oil change and state insp. Person i talked with did NOT tell me there was no waiting area for customers. When i dropped off my car i was VERY confused on change and state insp. Person i talked with did NOT tell me there was no waiting area for customers. When i dropped off my car i was VERY confused on where to go as the service lane was closed. Bad signage! Told the lot attendant to not move my seat but he did anyways. I was able to sit at an empty desk in the lobby while i waited for my car. Service advisors kept invading my space and touching my legs wanting to use the desk for other customers to sign paperwork. The manager, Lou, was very slack with his choice of words at times. I heard him swearing. Not professional! More
