I bought my first Hyundai 13 years and I just bought my second car from Fairfax Hyundai today and it was the best experience I could have asked for. I bought my first Hyundai 13 years and have been very happy with it, and now I traded it in for a new version. David Han was friendly, patient and very helpful. He was not pushy but attentive to my needs and what I was looking for. Chip Chipani was very reasonable and worked with me to give me the price I was looking for. I was also rewarded in significant ways for being a loyal customer to the sales and service departments - which I really appreciated! It is nice to be a valued customer. Kerri in the finance department was also very friendly and great to work with. Thank you to everyone! I am very happy with my choice, my deal and my car! Awesome dealership! My dad and I originally chose this dealership based on location and inventory selection but discovered it is the gem of all Hyundai dealerships. My dad had a extremely pleasant and professional online exchange with Kristen who provided a great first impression to the dealership. He told her he would arrive around 3:00 p.m. and when he walked in CJ was waiting for him with a smile. The car I was interested in was washed and ready for a test drive. Afterwards, my dad says he and CJ took the time to listen to each other and worked up a win-win deal. Then I showed up and Sarah explained everything in detail on the bluelink plans and features and ensured I was properly registered. Then she took the time to explain n the car all the electronics and sync my phone. The financing lady (I forget her name) was equally professional and courteous in explaining all the paperwork I had to sign. There was a slight hiccup with one of the rebates (no fault of the dealer) and she worked extremely hard to make it work. I also was extremely impressed with the dealership's free oil changes and tires for life policy. I will definitely be bringing my car to his dealer for every recommended service. CJ stayed with us until we drove out of the parking lot. I can see why he has been at the dealership for over 20 years and has so many returning customers. As a young 29 year old female, I felt I was treated fairly and with respect. I will definitely be a loyal customer. More
