Get More Hybrids! This dealer has not paid off my bank the trade in even though they cashed the check 2 weeks ago. They also misdirected the check from the bank. Also, they gave me less than KBB value on the trade and are now selling it for $6800. I hope they take care of the bank in the next 2 days. I came to this dealer via a Costco Auto program, ready to buy a Hybrid Sonata. I ended up buying it off the truck a week later, but only by a hair's breadth of buying a Lexus CT 200 Hybrid. I'm a Hyundai driver since 2009. I didn't need educating. I knew what I wanted, I had the financing, and I was ready to drive away in my new Hybrid. A salesman's dream, right? I don't fault the dealer for not having the hybrids-they are very slim pickings by any auto maker in this area of DC-but Hyundai is known for creating market demand. More

The overall process of purchasing a vehicle is too lengthy but this is true at every dealership and appears to have more to do with the archaic process and amount of paperwork vs. any issues with the actual dealership. Everyone was pleasant and professional. The finance manager worked diligently to offer us the best rate. We left the dealership pleased with our experience and very pleased with our new Hyundai. More
