Presentation of finance information was, at times, confusing. Access to the showroom did not appear to be accessible for persons with disabilities. From the outside looking at the dealership, it's not apparent which is the main entry door. Chairs for customers seemed worn and thus uninviting. More
Excellent Experience I had a great car buying experience. Rene was excellent. We were trying to buy a new vehicle before a new addition to the family but had a very spec I had a great car buying experience. Rene was excellent. We were trying to buy a new vehicle before a new addition to the family but had a very specific car/configuration in mind. Rene was able to track down exactly what we wanted and when our baby decided to joined us early and before the deal was done, he held the vehicle for us until we were able to come back and finish the paperwork. He always followed up in a timely manner but never was pushy. I'd recommend Rene and will be sure to see him again next time I am in the market for a vehicle. More

While test driving the car I was extremely pleased that I was allowed to drive where I wanted, and how I wanted. I was allowed to use all features and not rushed through my drive as often occurred at other dealerships. Negotiations were straightforward and reasonable, and I walked out with the car I wanted at a price I was comfortable with. More

Finance Manager Rude! I drove 1 1/2 hours to get my used Hyundai Sante Fe. Salesman Reza was awesome and very customer service oriented. However, Ken Misra, was rude and I drove 1 1/2 hours to get my used Hyundai Sante Fe. Salesman Reza was awesome and very customer service oriented. However, Ken Misra, was rude and condescending - angry because I would not purchase the extended warranties and I already had my own financing. I would buy from them again but would request anyone but Ken for the financing portion! More
