2017 Elantra I had an excellent experience at Fairfax Hyundai. I traded in my 2012 Elantra for a new 2017 Elantra. The combination of using my Costco membership, trade in, and Black Friday deals really saved me some cash. Both Thomas Kim and Leo in the Financing Department were very responsive to my questions and willing to work with me. To maximize your trade in, I'd recommend going to CarMax to get an appraisal in writing and at least one or two other dealerships to test drive and get their appraisals. Fairfax Hyundai matched my CarMax offer which made a big difference in my final decision to purchase from them. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my interactions with the Fairfax Hyundai staff and my purchase. More
