He was extremely helpful explaining features and enhancements in the car. We felt pressure at no point in the process. The only issue was the lack of pricing and incentives discussion from the manager/pricing staff (which Vincent was not a direct part of but served as the intermediary). They showed us an initial price that was $2500 over where we ended and did not include most of the incentives available. They failed to discuss the incentives or provide info and instead tried to take more from us than would have worked out if we just worked off existing incentives. We were able to work them down but I would have felt more comfortable if they had laid out the incentives available and then worked on an agreeable price. More
