He treated us very nicely and every time we went to get the car serviced he would remember me and my family and also took care of us. Whenever I asked him question regarding my car, he would always explain everything to me in detail. We recently bought a 2017 Sonata Sport and Thomas also gave us a great deal on this car too! Because my wife and I end work late, Thomas waited for us until after 7PM and stayed with us to finalize the deal until 10PM. He didn't try to rush us and he explained everything in detail and gave showed every part of the car to us until we were satisfied. Thank you Fairfax Hyundai and thank you Thomas! More

You had information on your website regarding the student program that I was told was 6 years out of date (that's unprofessional and total xxxxxxxx). Your finance department showed me the "costs" to the dealership of my purchase, all of which were due to mistakes on the part of the dealership. This was wholly unprofessional and a clear attempt of trying to intimidate me as a first time buyer. I will not be returning to Fairfax Hyundai except to use the services included in my purchase. Speedy and Happy New Car Purchase Experience I came to Fairfax Huyndai late Friday afternoon to purchase the Elantra but saw the big incentive from Huyndai for the Sonata. So I changed my mind but they did not have the Sonata with color and features that I wanted. That when CJ Guo is so good at locating the dealer 100 miles awa and worked out the deal to swap the car. After agreeing on the right deal, I put $500 deposit and went home. I was skeptical to his promise of delivery the car next day. He called me the next day at 3:30 pm to inform me the car was ready for pick up. I came in at 4:30pm. CJ walked me through the paper signing. The Sale manager helped to a quick set up with Finance dept. I was out of the dealer with the new car around 6:00 pm. It also came with a lifetime oil change every 4000 miles, and life time yearly VA car inspection. It was a speedy and happy purchase experience at Fairfax Hyundai More
