Easy Purchasing Experience I purchased my new car through the USAA car buying program and it was very straight-forward and seamless. I worked with Vincent Cheung, who worked tirelessly to locate the car I wanted (2017 black Elantra GT with Tech Package) because it was not available at the Fairfax location. Within 2 business days of initial contact he had my car pulled from Richmond, VA and driven up to Fairfax, VA and I went in to close the deal. The financing and transaction process was simple and done with great customer service from all parties. I went back the next day to provide the USAA loan certificate and they cleaned my windows again because I asked them to and it was not a problem. I was in and out quickly and without the usual haggling and fuss. It was a pleasant car shopping/buying experience. Vincent was excellent and super friendly! More
