He lied to me several times about the finance rate and warranty. He tried to charge me for the warranty plan that I refused to purchase. If I had overlooked the paper before I signed it, I would have ended up paying for plans/warranties that I never agreed to. I was greatly disappointed in the financial officer and in the treatment I received.. More
