Had my a family member contact Robert Burton at the Fairfax dealership with the type of car I wanted and the price range I had. Not only was he fast about finding the car, but his price fell well within my budget and I believe that the whole exchange took a total of 4 days to complete from the start of my search to the end purchase. Robert made me feel welcome at the dealership and not like he was trying to sell me something I didn't want/need. The rest of the staff were very friendly as well and I am currently thrilled with my car and am so glad Fairfax Hyundai dealership had exactly what I wanted. More

So Far So Good! I came in and explained to Robert that I did not want to have the back and forth with the him and the manager. I wanted to know what the price was an I came in and explained to Robert that I did not want to have the back and forth with the him and the manager. I wanted to know what the price was and I was not spending more than 90 minutes buying a car. I have been to other dealerships and they 'played the game' of going back and forth. Robert and his manager, Bobby didn't. I had just left another Hyundai dealership where the sales man at this other dealership started playing the game and letting me sit for a while...spending time 'chatting it up' with his manager and others that continually came in. I got up and left...only when I was backing my car out did the salesman come running out. I was done. Headed to Robert at Fairfax Hyundai and bought a Tucson. In and out in about 1 1/2 hours. Flo in finance was very helpful. Will see how it goes with the financing as I have been trying to get a 10 day loan payoff amount and haven't. Working with my credit union and would like to get this resolved. Time will tell. Thank you. More
