Jeff Gillespie was an absolute dream to work with and I cannot recommend him enough. I bought a 2025 CRV Hybrid in November 2024 from Safford Brown in Glen Burnie. The car was sold with a paint imperfectio cannot recommend him enough. I bought a 2025 CRV Hybrid in November 2024 from Safford Brown in Glen Burnie. The car was sold with a paint imperfection and when I brought this up I was told to visit the service department. When I visited the service department, Jeff took a look at the paint imperfection and immediately took action to fix the problem. He was quick to submit a claim to Safford Brown and Honda to get the issue fixed. Even with it being the holidays, he worked to get this issue addressed and fixed as quickly as possible. He was quick to respond to my phone calls, answer any and all of my questions/concerns and was very personable. I can easily say this was the best experience I have had in any vehicle service department. I greatly appreciate Jeff and his entire team for making this a painless experience. More
