I had no idea what I wanted, or about needed. Luckily I was fortunate enough to have had Mr. Charles Smoke as my sales representative. He asked insightful questions to get an idea of my lifestyle and what might work best for me. Charles patiently showed me a few models, and answered questions during the test driving process. Finally, Charles introduced me to the EX-L trim, which was the ultimate right fit for me. Charles Smoke's follow-up service after the sale was truly stellar, with a call to make sure I was happy, and also to make sure I had an appointment to put on my tags. Ask for Charles Smoke! You will be treated right at Browns Arlington Honda. Also, I was pleased to interact with sales manager, Fed Opoku. From the moment I entered the Brown's Arlington Honda Dealership and met the sales manager and salesman, I felt comfortable with engaging in the negotiation about the car. From a buyer perspective, I have always believed that buying a car should not be about getting the absolute lowest price, but rather about arriving at a fair price through mutual respect hopefully resulting in a long term relationship with the dealership. Algetta and Brian treated me with openness and respect which I deeply appreciated. My wife and I are very happy with the deal and the car. Since we bought our first Honda in 1977, and after purchasing over 25 cars of various makes since then, Algetta and Brian made our buying experience last week the most "hassle-free" and positive experience of all! We really liked working with Brian - he was very knowledgable and worked to get us a great price on a new Odyssey. He didn't do a hard sales push, which we appreciated, as we took our time to do so knowledgable and worked to get us a great price on a new Odyssey. Was looking for a vehicle on internet on a Sunday . Found what i was looking for a BROWN'S HONDA. sent out a email and in less than a half hour had a reply from Charles Smoke. Charles then sent me a buy happy certificate. he explained vehicle was being dealer prepped. and kept in contact with me. until vehicle was ready. We sent up a time to meet with him on a Saturday. When arriving at BROWN'S HONDA Charles was waiting for us in lot. Everyone there was very attentive and all went smoothly. My wife went to the dealership because the breaks had begun to make a terrible noise when stopping down hill. She arrived around 8 AM but had to wait until past 10 AM before they even looked at the car. begun to make a terrible noise when stopping down hill. In order to get anything done after two hours she had to complain to a supervisor who expedited the check up. They found NOTHING wrong and did not charge us for the check. This free checkup was a bit of a PLEASANT surprise. However, the service advisor who first assisted my wife was not very customer oriented and somewhat unpleasant. We have another persistent problem in getting our keys to work on our four year old Accord. On a previous visit they charged just under $30 to replace two batteries and the keys still did not work. We returned and Jeff did open the keys and cleaned some contacts which sort of worked for a week or two. Keys should not fail within four years. More
I recently purchased a new 2013 CR-V from Brown’s. I got a great deal and the staff when above and beyond to make it a great experience. My salesman was AJ. He worked with me to get me the right car in the right color with the extras that I asked for and not a bunch of stuff I did not want. AJ responded right away to my request for a quote and honored it throughout the sale. The Finance Director Simone was also very helpful and saved me about $1000 over the pre-approved financing I walked in with from my bank. To top things off, when I mentioned that the car was an anniversary gift for my wife, they arranged to have it delivered to the restaurant where we were having dinner. When my wife and I came out, the CR-V was right in front with a big red bow on it. It was perfect! More

One other dealer just sent a spreadsheet of all the models (not customized at all). I made two appointments for test drives with dealerships for a week later. AJ was great, comfortable to work with, no pressure...and the price he quoted online was the one he presented (he lived up to his word). Friendly, easy to work with, made the process painless, quick and enjoyable. Needless to say I canceled the 2nd appointment. More
