Contacting Browns Arlington Honda, they welcomed my vehicle on a Saturday with open arms! Service writers Ms. Shemeka, and Mr. Deemer, are both honest, thorough, yet proifessional. Service writer Mr. Deemer who had authorized the technician to perform a safety check of my vehicle. Could have attempted to hard sell me on new tires, because my CRV will probably need them by next summer. Yet he did not and remained cool, calm knowledgable... Should I choose to purchase another Honda product, or need further servicing Browns Arlington Honda has won a new customer! More

My experience at Brown's Arlington Honda was, without a doubt, the best! WHY? As a female buyer, this is the first time I received straight answers and an honest deal. Salesman Charles Smoke was not your typical salesperson. Although I knew exactly what I wanted, I still needed a couple of days to make my decision once I saw the vehicle. Thankfully, Mr. Smoke gave me that time. No harassing phone calls or high pressure sales tactics! I also appreciated the fact that he didn't play that "let me ask my sales manager" and "what would it take to make you buy today?" game. Furthermore, I never felt I was being held hostage. He followed up with us to make sure we were really taken care of. He checked with the CA DMV to see if we needed to return our plates (we traded in our CRV - we just moved to Arlington from California), he helped us determine the requirements to receive a Virginia license and he kept us up to date while the dealer was installing the seat protectors in our new vehicle. Joe went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. George was great as well. He worked with us to determine a price point that we were comfortable with and gave us a great deal!!! The whole time I didn't feel any pressure from him to close the deal and he was very cordial and professional throughout. We recommend Brown's Arlington Honda to everyone. More
