He and his manager Russell Cromwell were great to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend or go back to them. It really helps to have done your homework first and know the model/trim you want and the out-the-door price you should or are willing to pay. The only less positive experience was having to fend off the finance person who tried to sell their 18 flavors of extended warranties at closing. More

I give him 5 stars and would definitely buy from him again. I give zero stars to the finance employee, Paul Alexander. He took over an hour to get to us (which may have been out of his control but browns strives for 60 mins or less) and when he did see us he was rude, short in explanations and didn’t respect our decisions. He kept trying to sell us on warranty and basically said how we were not smart to not buy it from him. He kept trying to give us a deal even after we said no. We couldn’t wait to leave after talking to him. More
Bait and switch I received an offer for an out of the door pricing on a Honda Odyssey for 35k. I confirm the pricing on multiple occasions via email as well as phone. Came to the dealership and after filling out a bunch of paperwork, the sales manager by the name of George Henderson came and gave me a new pricing. He increased the pricing by a whopping $2,000 plus. His excuses was he got the ex-L with nav mixed up with the standard ex-l. He finally came down to 36K which is still $1,000 more than what he offered initially. This in my opinion was a crappy sales move. Wont be buying my wife's honda pilot from this place due to the terrible sales practice. I don't recommend this dealership at all. At least the main sales person was decent. Thanks More

Will never do business at this dealership (worked with Nasir Naziri). They try to take advantage of people new to car buying. More

Poor Service, Worse Sales Bought vehicle back in September and had a bad experience with the sales department both in demeanor of sales person (Jim) and sales manager (Freddie) Bought vehicle back in September and had a bad experience with the sales department both in demeanor of sales person (Jim) and sales manager (Freddie) but they also gave me a vehicle with a known defect. (front passenger door actuator broken) that makes a loud "shuddering" noise trying to lock the door every time I lock the door. Leading me to their poor service department which has tried to fix it, and did not succeed - tried to take it back to get fixed and was told technician was out on vacation and no one else could handle it and I would have to wait a week. Additionally frustrating - even though I came in with a pre-approved loan from my bank the finance manager ran my credit against several other banks causing my credit score to be negatively affected. Overall - very bad - would not recommend, and wish I had not gone there in the first place. More

I contacted Honda of America and they informed me that ALL Honda dealerships are required to perform defective airbag replacements during their normal operating hours, which obviously includes Saturday. Contacting Browns Arlington Honda, they welcomed my vehicle on a Saturday with open arms! Service writers Ms. Shemeka, and Mr. Deemer, are both honest, thorough, yet proifessional. Service writer Mr. Deemer who had authorized the technician to perform a safety check of my vehicle. Could have attempted to hard sell me on new tires, because my CRV will probably need them by next summer. Yet he did not and remained cool, calm knowledgable... Should I choose to purchase another Honda product, or need further servicing Browns Arlington Honda has won a new customer! More

On my last visit I was concerned about some seal deterioration around the sunroof. He ordered the item necessary, scheduled the date for repair and said the company would cover the cost. When I received a pick-up call, my car was washed and vacuumed! So appreciated. More

I took a day off from work in the middle of the week to buy my car. Dave Ward provided a warm smile and a wealth of knowledge. I told him want I wanted and he made it happen! He was accommodating and pleasant and very patient, this is my first new car! The transaction from the wifi logon (buy happy) to the test drive to the numbers deal (great assist by Brad Gardner) to the keys in my hand was amazing. I would recommend this dealership to anyone considering buying a Honda. More
