I made an appointment and my car was ready to be test driven when I arrived. Nasir was great! The rest of the staff was great too. I will never return here. I took my car for an appointment at 3 to replace the wheel bearings in the rear. I was told I would receive a call prior to the dealership closing, but the call never came. I called the following morning when they opened, but was forced to leave a message. I didn't receive a call back for several hours. When they finally called me back, it was to inform me that they had ignored my appointment time and didn't get started on the vehicle until the following day as well as to say the part needed to be special ordered. So now the car had to stay there an extra day because of their incompetence. The cashier I dealt with was nice, but after talking with the cashier for no more than 2 minutes, Jennifer Sorto came over and was extremely rude blaming me for holding up the line for asking a question regarding the work that was done on the vehicle. Overall - rude, unprofessional, and way over priced. It was an extremely unpleasant experience. 1 star is generous. Don't go here. More

Brown's used car sales team is dishonest and engages in UPDATE 6/27: After my review below, Brown's called me and offered to honor their original price quote from TrueCar, so I decided to buy the car. Brown's was short staffed in their finance department, so I had to wait three hours even though we already worked out the details by phone, but I appreciate them deciding to keep their word in the end. -- Brown's used car sales team is dishonest and engages in lowballing. Brown's provided me with prices and fees they said were comprehensive, and they stated verbally to me that they would honor their listed prices from TrueCar.com, which included fees. Later, Brown's reneged on their own written price quotes and verbal statements, tacking on previously unlisted fees - first a $999, then $499 pre-delivery inspection fee, and later another $999 fee to account for the cost of fixing three problems with their Certified Pre-Owned car (problems that would have been covered under the CPO warranty anyway). Obviously, there are going to be fees on top of any car purchase, but staff at Brown's are engaging in dishonest and intentionally deceptive sales practices to get customers like me in the door, then tacking on more charges later. I will update this review if Brown's decides to honor its written price quotes and verbal statements. Otherwise, the review will remain. More
Kelly Saunders made the process seamless and ridiculously easy. We negotiated the price via e-mail and everything was ready to go when we arrived at the dealership. Day trip I returned 4 days after routine service for an electrical haint ( unable to lock doors, open sliding doors, open windows, or turn off inside lights m I returned 4 days after routine service for an electrical haint ( unable to lock doors, open sliding doors, open windows, or turn off inside lights manually or with key fob). The problem resolved after a 10 mile ride to Virginia but Ken had the technician check the electrical system forthwith. I was on the road again in 30 minutes. The problem has not re-occurred. No appointment and I was seen immediately. Bravo. More
