Took car in for an oil change and an inspection. Car kept stalling after service. $500 later ( at my cost ) they fixed it. What a load of dishonest screw-ups. Christa was attentive but not pushy and waited patiently until I was ready to make my purchase. She also worked hard to find me the specific car and specific color that I wanted. I have had my Honda's serviced by Browns Arlington Honda for more than 10 years and have always used Jeff Deemer as my service advisor. I have been more than satisfied with the service I get and always feel confident that the recommendations he makes are sound and justified. I can trust him which is more than I can say for some dealerships. For this reason while there are closer Honda dealers to where I live I continue to take my cars to Browns for service. More
