I work in Arlington, VA (live in MD). When leaving my parking garage, I noticed oil light on in my 9-month-old 2009 Honda Civic. Drove toward Brown's Honda until engine light came on. Called Brown's and they gave me phone number for tow truck service, then Pat arrived in their Shuttle. He checked the car (no oil pan drain plug/no oil), and calmed me down, then took me to rental car service - after calling to make sure they were still open. Pat and J.P. talked with me after I stopped by after getting my rental car. Got all my information, then J.P. called me the next day to have me come pick up the car. He was very nice a little pushy but all in the right ways. I knew I wanted the CRV and he wentt above a beyond to get me the color I wanted that.
