When the exact car I wanted was not available at their dealership, he and others at the dealership worked diligently to find me the one I wanted and bring it to the dealership for me. Amine spent a great deal of time showing me the many features on the new car. Overall, a great experience. More
I had the most incredibly positive experience buying a car from Brown's Arlington Honda because of the Brian Bergman's engaging personality, knowledge of the product, and no-pressure approach. Marcos is unfailingly helpful, friendly, informative, flexible. I like having (almost) all my service work done here so they have a complete history for the car. Can't beat that. I bought the new 2007 Accord from Christa Nuss; she was also great and suggested I deal with Marcos for service, a great idea. Everyone at Brown's is pleasant to deal with, sales/service/parts/cashier. More
I have been purchasing cars for over 20 years and this was by far my best experience. Amine played none of the sales games that I have expereinced in the past. The negotiation for price was painless and I was by far my best experience. Amine played none of the sales games that I have expereinced in the past. The negotiation for price was painless and I left with a Civic LX for the price I had expected to pay for the lower model VP. What I most appreciated about Amine was his willingness to listen to me about the parameters of my search for the right vehicle AND his ability to tell me before I sat down with someone from their finance department what my monthly loan payments would be. That made my decision to buy a no brainer. I worked with Imran Javed for my financing at Brown's. Again, a painless expereince. No ceaseless pitching of products I wasn't interested in and virtually no waiting for approval. Throughout the process I was treated with patience and respect. They have superb customer service. I'll be a Brown's Arlington Honda customer for a long time and would recommend them to my friends without reservation. More
I actually used this website in determining which dealership to use to buy either a new or used Honda Pilot. Brown Honda seemed to have the most number of favorable reviews plus 2 employee names see dealership to use to buy either a new or used Honda Pilot. Brown Honda seemed to have the most number of favorable reviews plus 2 employee names seemed to stick out at me--Christa Nuss and Brian Bergman. So, I called their main number and asked to speak to Christa Nuss. We set up an appointment with her and later that day, Christa listened to what we were looking for in a car. Looking at our budget and needs, she did not try to push us towards the new car route seeing that it may stretch our budget as we have 3 little kids and need the extra money. Instead, she tried to fit us into a used car that fit all of our requirements and budget. I was impressed because she did not try to push us into buying something that did not fit our requirements. While we were there, we had all 3 children (5, 3, and 1) and she tried to accomodate our needs as efficiently as she could. Everyone seemed very nice and courteous. Two days after buying the car, Christa called to make sure that I was happy with our purchase--and I very much am. Also, in terms of pricing, she and the used car manager really tried to work with us. Before I went into the dealership, I checked the free carfax report and the Kelley Blue Book value of some of the cars to get an estimate on fair pricing. In most if not all cases, their site offered prices that were below the Blue Book value. Also, I found their website informative and easy to do research. Some of the other sites were not as good. I initially wrote a glowingly positive review of my sales experience. But unfortunately, I have to revise and extend my comments based on what's happened since we drove off the lot. A week after our purcha experience. But unfortunately, I have to revise and extend my comments based on what's happened since we drove off the lot. A week after our purchase, I got a call from the finance guy, telling me that he had given us the wrong contract and that we needed to come back in and sign a new contract. This seemed a bit suspicious, but we reviewed the new terms and determined that they were essentially the same as the old ones (except the check return fee doubled to $50 on the new form, but we obviously don't plan to bounce any checks). So we came back in on a weeknight and signed the new form. He promised to get me our Honda Finance account number, payment mailing address, and vehicle title number (for Arlington County personal property tax registration purposes) within two days. That was about three weeks ago. Still nothing. According to the contract we signed (twice!), our first payment to Honda is due on Tuesday (it's now Friday), and I have not heard from anyone in 11 days. I finally gave up and called Honda corporate directly and they told me the paperwork has been processed and gave me my account number and payment address. I still don't have a title number, so I can't register the car with the county, even though it's now been six full weeks since purchase. I don't think there's anything fishy going on here--I certainly hope not. But the degree of incompetence is nonetheless rather frustrating. I'm going to think twice before buying another car here or bringing this car here for service. More

I would go out of my way to buy another car from Brown’s especially if Brian Bergman is my salesman. More
So September 30, 2010 is a day I will never forget. My vehicle breaks down on 395 on the way to work in the middle of the Tropical Storm formerly known as Nicole. I arrive to the dealership and talked wi vehicle breaks down on 395 on the way to work in the middle of the Tropical Storm formerly known as Nicole. I arrive to the dealership and talked with Ken about the problems with my vehicle. He got me in and about an hour later told me the cause of the problem (Fuel line and fuel pump), the cost and the time frame. He did offer that if I did get the vehicle fixed, that he will get me a rental free of charge. I went back and forth with the idea of fixing the vehicle vs. buying a new car. Ken then introduced me to Dominique Campbell so I could test drive some cars. Dominique was mad cool, just like a family member, and was so easy to work with. He let me test drive the Accord and the CRV. He wasn't pushy and understood my situation. That Saturday, Dominique followed up with me, and within a couple of hours, I was in a new vehicle! No pressure from him and he thouroughly explained everything to me. Most of the time I was cracking jokes. He followed up with me on Tuesday. The financing wasn't great but they were able to get it to a reasonable monthly payment. The only downside was I took my car in on Monday for the protection package on my vehicle. When I came back that night, they had an issue finding the right paperwork for my new vehicle. But me, I remained patient cause it takes a while for me to get really upset and they found the paperwork and car. I would recommend them and will go back again! More
I have a lot of experience buying cars, but my wife had actually never purchased a new one. She was dreading the prospect, worried about pushy salespeople and hidden costs. After working with Amine Kadmiri actually never purchased a new one. She was dreading the prospect, worried about pushy salespeople and hidden costs. After working with Amine Kadmiri and Brown's Arlington Honda, I'm afraid she's going to want to buy a new car every weekend. It's a good thing Honda's last so long! We found Amine and the rest of the staff to be very friendly, helpful, and patient. We agreed on a price but had to put the deal on hold for two weeks due to unforeseen circumstances. Amine was remarkably understanding and cooperative, taking care of all of our needs and holding the car we test drove for us. When we finally were ready to make the purchase, there were no hidden costs or unexpected charges. We went in early on a Saturday, signed the paperwork, and were out by lunch. More
