We gave the rating I did because the salesperson we interacted with was very nice. We didn't feel pressured, although she clearly was trying to do what she could to provide enough incentives for us to interacted with was very nice. Brown's Honda and Amine were great. I ask tons of questions, and this dealer is the only one who would answer them all. They took as much time as I needed and I was fully informed by the end. Test drive was good, provided us time to review the car's features and its ability on the road. We were looking for a two wheel drive model, but there were none available; that is the only complaint we had with our experience, that the exact model we were looking for was not available and the dealer was not able to identify if/when one would become available (because of issues with parts coming from Japan). We ended up purchasing a four wheel drive vehicle and was given a cost reduction on the normal price, but still more than we would have paid for a two wheel drive model. We will recommend this dealer to our friends and will strongly recommend Amine as a salesperson. More

We used the CostcoAuto program to set the price on the models we were considering, so the price discussion was simplified. Because we had not purchased a new car in many years, we were pleased by his respectful, friendly style of not pressuring or bullying. It seems as if he could see that it was very important to us to learn about the new models and accessories, and that strong arm tactics were not helpful. In previous months we had met with other less responsive salesmen, but were very pleased we were ultimately serviced by Peter for his responsiveness and manner are what I would expect from a company like Honda. He was very helpful at answering our questions and anticipating our needs, without being pushy. He was patient, but always available when we needed him. As before, the sales service and procurement process has been all anyone could ask for. This new vehicle, an Odyssey Touring Elite is clearly a refinement in design compared to the older Accord, by that I am referring to the newer gee-whiz electronics, etc and especially the power train. In fact, most any staff is going to be challenged with such an advanced car because of the knowledge required to perform the maintenance without mishap, and I am sure Brown's Honda will be up to the task. Peter Eliopoulos, salesman, has been very approachable at all times with our myriad of questions and concerns, and I'd recommend him to any new buyer coming into Brown's to buy a new Honda. I am both mobiley challenged and extremely busy. Besides being very accommodating, he was very knowledgeable and patient, teaching me the many technological changes between the 2011 Accord EX L and my 1990 EX( yes, Hondas serve a long time when they are serviced and well maintained!). He also had a great sense of humor and we had fun negotiating the great price for this great car. I know it was a great price because I did my homework of comparison shopping online,and using my AAA and Consumer Report Memberships for pricing beforehand.
