Took in my 2018 Ram With 40,000 miles for warranty front seal replacement. Had to take it back 3 times and they did a shorty job. they failed to put numerous bolts back in. My bumper almost fell off the fro seal replacement. Had to take it back 3 times and they did a shorty job. they failed to put numerous bolts back in. My bumper almost fell off the front after driving it for 2 days, also the fan tore up the fan shroud because it wasn’t secured. Also the clip tabs were not reinstalled in the wheel well and the wheel well is loose and now wires are hanging down by my tire. Instead of fixing my oil leak correctly the put a bunch of silicone around the oil pan on the outside. It looks like complete crap work. Worst experience with a dealership. Do not get service done here. More
TLDR; classic sleazy salesman with no word or honor. That’s why this dealership takes over six months to sell a single car and they are nowhere near being the top volume CDJR dealer in California. Proof That’s why this dealership takes over six months to sell a single car and they are nowhere near being the top volume CDJR dealer in California. Proof is here: https://www.wardsauto.com/sites/wardsauto.com/files/FINAL%202021%20Megadealer%20100.pdf Future CDJR is the highest volume dealer closest to them. Still don't trust my review? Just look at their score on here compared to a dealer like Elk Grove. I dealt with Rick Martinez, the business development manager. I reached out over email because I saw that they had a few Jeeps that did not sell for six months. I figured at some point they would want to move inventory instead of having a car sit on the lot and not making any sales. So I gave them my offer over email and Rick accepted. Then he started the classic trick of trying to pressure me about when am I coming in? I asked him to send over a final sheet with all of the numbers based on the offer that I was asking for he refused, and eventually revealed that they were going to do a bait and switch. More
I purchased my certified used Jeep Wrangler from them on 4/1/23. During the transaction they valued my trade in and we negotiated price, they asked me to call around to other dealerships I went to and ask 4/1/23. During the transaction they valued my trade in and we negotiated price, they asked me to call around to other dealerships I went to and ask for a copy of their offers. My vehicle was on site, they drove it, even backed it next to my soon to be new Jeep so I could move my personal items. Next, they had me input all of my information into their computer. Then they asked me to call around to the other dealerships I was at and ask what banks they used because I refused to accept their 17% interest offer, I know my credit score and know the rates. So while I was looking on my phone for a list of banks for them, they ended up getting me approved at the rate I was asking so I began to sign the paperwork. I made sure to ask if the vehicle was in good shape mechanically because I am a single mom and cannot afford a bunch of repairs, they insisted they did a thorough inspection and it was a great vehicle. Fast forward to signing in the finance office....Jason was my finance guy and was supposed to give me a copy of my contract before I left. When I was done signing he said he would put it on a thumb drive and started to download it then the salesman Mike Hill came in and gave me my keys and said she was ready to go! I was so excited I walked out without my contract and didn't realize he didn't give it to me. Fast forward four days later, my Jeep is leaking all over my driveway and smells like something is burning. I call the next morning and ask to speak with someone about it, they transfer me to service where I explain I just purchased it. The lady tells me all of the service managers are in meetings and will get back to me. I call them back two hours later, still all busy. I call every hour that day trying to get some help until someone named Vic gets on and tells me that they overpaid for my trade-in and it was in an accident (it was not) and that they paid it sight unseen (they drove my vehicle, and went out to inspect it twice). I told him that was not the issue at hand and that he was lying about all of that anyhow and that they needed to provide assistance since I still had a limited warranty. He transferred me to voicemail. I do not want to drive it back to them at this point since it is over an hour away and do not want any further damage so I take it to my local mechanic who keeps it overnight and tells me I need to take it to Jeep and contact them. I proceed to take it to my local Jeep dealership (Manteca Jeep, they are WONDERFUL!). They looked under it and told me they needed to fix it, there was an oil leak. I had to pay the $100 deductible, but they got me a rental car for the time they had it (4/12-4/13) so they could replace the oil cooler, then suggested I call the Sac dealership where I purchased from because they should reimburse that deductible. I called them 4/14 and did ask for the reimbursement as well as for my contract to be emailed to me. They said they would get back to me. On 4/16 my Jeep wouldn't start so I had to get it towed to the Manteca Dealership again. I called Sac again, the first time being transferred to a voicemail, second time spoke with Rick Martinez who sounded as if he would help out and said that I should be treated better and that he would get back to me. I called back on 4/17 to let them know it would need a new starter and wouldn't have the Jeep back until the next day, but of course, they were all in meetings and couldn't speak to me. I called again on 4/19, same, sent to voicemail everyone in meetings. I called again today...4/24...I asked for Rick Martinez. He got on the phone and said first they needed to get me the contract and transferred me to a voicemail again. I called back. The person who answered let out a sigh, didn't say hello or anything and transferred me with music playing for almost 10 minutes before I had to hang up. After 2 weeks of hearing lie after lie from the sales staff and management, the vehicle was still not repaired as promised and we finally canceled the sale. Do not waste your time and energy with this dealership. More

The truck met all of my requirements and after negotiating.a price with the man wearing a black cowboy hat we shook hands and I signed a piece of hand written agreement showing the agreed price. A few minuites later the man wearing the black cowboy hat returned and stated that the price was too low and he would not accept it. This was totally wrong. An agreement with a handshake and signature should be rock solid. Beware of this dealership. More
The staff in the service department really came through for me. I was travelling through Sacramento when my Ram truck had an issue and even though the service department was extremely busy they fixed it as for me.
