Ron was also able to get us a few add-on's which made this purchase that much better. Rich Owens in finance was just the best.... Would recommend both of these employees to anyone looking for a great deal with no hassles. Thanks Sacramento Dodge for taking such good care of us. My only complaint was the detailing - outside looked good but they didn't clean the bed of the truck nor did they open the doors and clean the door jams or the inside of the hood. These were still pretty dirty from the truck sitting outside. More

I knew exactly what options and color I wanted and located vehicles matching what I wanted at six different Jeep dealerships in northern California. I spoke with sales reps at each dealerships and received a quote from each. In the end, I could have saved myself a lot of time if I had started with Ron from the beginning. He's a no nonsense guy and provided a great car buying experience. Besides buying a home, buying a car is one of the largest purchases most of us will make. For me, I wasn't going to do business with anyone that I did not believe to be 100% trustworthy and honest. That's Ron in a nutshell. With the other individuals at dealerships I spoke to, there was always a hidden fee or a sudden change of price that would magically pop up right before I was about to come to an agreement on the car. It was very frustrating. My car buying experience with Ron couldn't have been more open and transparent. We agreed on a price and he put our agreement down in writing prior to running any credit or starting the contract. There were no changing numbers and no surprises. He's a business guy. Either the numbers will work or they won't and he's straightforward about it. For buying a car, it was about as painless of a process as it could be. When I finished the paperwork it was pretty late and I had not had the opportunity to learn how everything in the car worked. Ron called me up the next day and invited me back in at my convenience so that he could make sure I understood how to operate all the bells and whistles on my shiny new ride. The deal was over by then but he was still concerned I was happy with my car and knew how to work everything-- that's customer service. I'd definitely recommend Ron Abbott to anyone in the market for a Jeep (or for any of the other cars they sell at that dealership).Thanks Ron! Love my new Jeep! More

SERVICE MANAGER (Randy Tackett) is terrible. BEWARE!!!! This dealership took over 4 months to finally establish that they had received my two recall parts in stock (to remedy the airbag recall and rear diff This dealership took over 4 months to finally establish that they had received my two recall parts in stock (to remedy the airbag recall and rear differential nut recall) for my 2005 Ram 1500 (that I have owned and driven daily since new). I had to call each 5 or 6 weeks to get any update on parts. I made an appointment with Jeffrey G. (solid rep & decent guy) last week via my phone call to them again, then took my truck in to the dealer on Thursday (10/22/15) at 7am (1st customer of the day), dropped it off (exterior clean), then returned to pick it up before 2 pm when I received a call that it was completed. When I arrived to pick up my truck, my sunroof was in a fully opened position (not the way I had left it with the sunroof tilted up for ventilation), and the sunroof frame was broken when I attempted to close it. A trail of fresh red fluid (from a hose drug over my roof from door to door) runs across the middle of my roof, where it clearly shows how my sunroof was broken while getting serviced there. Randy placed the broken parts in my hand when he was alerted of the situation, looked over the roof, and told me that I could pay them to have the damages estimated and repaired. he said the damages were from wear and tear and that the fresh hose marks with fluid "must have been there when I drove up". Another dealer (Folsom) is repairing the sunroof today, then I will force Sacramento Dodge Ram will pay me for the costs. Randy Tackett should be fired! He is a terrible excuse for a professional. He is a 100% LYING DIRT BAG. Do not trust him nor take any vehicle to this dealer while he is running the service department. I bought the truck in Sacramento at Swift, then Swift did most service repairs for the first 100k miles. They were great, although the building was not as fancy. Randy represents all that is fake, wrong and smoke-in-mirrors with regard to his industry. He really sets the lousy-service bar high. More

My Chrysler 300 was in for service, but I always wanted a Challenger RT. Now that the kids are grown, it is time for a muscle car again. While waiting, I browsed the Sacramento Dodge website and found the Challenger RT I liked. I filled out the contact information and in no time at all, I was contacted by the Fleet Sales Manager, Michael Sheets. He assigned Jamie to me and before you know it, I am driving home in my Challenger RT. No hassle, very efficient car buying experience and they gave me top dollar for my trade. I will highly recommend Jamie and the intranet buying service at Sacramento Dodge to anyone I know that needs a car. He was awesome! THANK YOU! You Sir, are the epitome of customer service and professionalism. I hope your peers follow your example. I would also like to thank Michael Sheets and Arin O'dell for a wonderful experience as well. They don't care what your buying as long as you buy from them! Now Chris I got a different vibe, he wasn't just trying to sell me a car, he was making sure I was happy with what I'm purchasing! He even told me " don't worry about the numbers.. It's about getting exactly what YOU want, what's going to make you happy every day when you get into your car. I'll worry about getting the numbers down to what you feel comfortable with." My favorite thing about my experience is that he took the time to go through every single inch of the car with me. So by the time I drove my jeep home I know every inch and what every Button does. Oh how can I forget?! Once I was ready to drive my brand new jeep home I was given a pair of purple sun glasses!! On the side says #SeeChrisAtDodge!! How awesome is that? How can you turn down an experience like that? Sales manager Michael Kelly is also very friendly and great. I was already wore out from walking previous dealer lots throughout the day. Jamal and the Manager Cash really bent over backwards to get me in the car I wanted, and didnt pressure me to get something different unlike pretty much all the previous dealers I had been to throughout the weekend. The financing guy "Bear", who fits his nickname by the way, was also real friendly and made it real easy to get it done and get out of there. The other thing that really impressed me was their inventory of used cars seemed to be of higher quality than a number of places I had went before, I looked at 3 different cars and all were superior to what I had been shown at prior dealerships. I would recommend friends or family to go check them out. Im sure Ill be back next time I go looking for another vehicle More
