Steve Estrella, my salesperson, was knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. Working with Steve was the most positive experience I have ever had buying a new car. My husband has purchased many new cars, and none of these experiences came close to our experience at Beverly Hills Saab. Vivian in the finance department was so friendly and helpful. There was no pressure to purchase extras we were not interested in. She got all the financing paperwork completed quickly, and explained everything in detail. Tina, the Manager, considered my offer carefully and did everything she could to put me in my beautiful new Saab. These guys leased me my saab station wago at their employee rate, and pulled every trick in the book to get me financed. 2004 9-5 owner (also purchased here). Been in to have 15k and 30k services (I do my own 5k oil changes and tire rotations), as well as a recall (PCV, as I recall). My Service Dept interaction was fine, car was done on time in each instance. The battery was a spontaneous arrival at mid-day during the week (no reservation made) and they dealt with it right away. While I have been there the Service Dept's interaction with other customers has also been courteous. No problems with this dealer. More
Extremely rude service. He was very condescending and arrogant the second the sale was final. All that was promised was never fulfilled to make up for my horrible sales experience. I went in for a reprogramming of a new key and some warranty work. The service rep originally told me that they wouldn't charge me for the reprogramming, then when I went to pick up the car there was a warranty work. The service rep originally told me that they wouldn't charge me for the reprogramming, then when I went to pick up the car there was a charge on the invoice. This really annoyed me. Additionally, they didn't start working on the car until the day AFTER I dropped it off, but the service rep said that that they would wash my car and have it ready by the next day. When I picked up the car it was just as dirty as I left it, two days prior. This is not the first time this has happened at this dealership. <br><br>Many times I have called the service department, been sent straight to voicemail and no one has returned my call. This is not professional. If you have a choice, bring your car somewhere else for service. Unfortunately, the other Saab dealers are not remotely close to my house. More
This dealership flat out lied to me to sell a used car. They claimed that the used 9-3 in which I was interested was Saab "Certified." In addition, they're as nice as can be while selling; but if you have a problem, you'll see the polar opposite: rudeness and arrogance. More
