Good Overall Our sales person David Yander was excellent. Took time to show us the cars we were interested in. Bringing each vehicle up, leaving cars running for us to look them over. Didn't feel pressured. David has great customer service. My only complaint is that no one listened to us, we specifically said we wanted to finance with our own bank. We patiently waited on a Saturday, late in the day for our financing to go through. Almost 2 hours. Dealership allowed us to leave with our car and secure our own financing. Which was completed in a matter of minutes at my own bank. Within 30 min. of me securing my own financing, David called to say they had gotten my financing with another bank. My only disappointment/complaint is this. The day after securing financing my credit information came back that they had inquired with 12 lenders to get me financed. Which is extreme considering my score is 711, and David knew who we wanted to finance us. Wish they would have listened to my wishes of allowing me to use my own bank. Overall good experience. More
