Didn't seem to be real organized. Salesman was not very knowledgeable from what I could tell and the whole process took longer than it should have. My engine light was on over the weekend, and I made a call on Monday and was able to get right in. I was worried thinking this was going to be a horrible charge that something major was wrong with the ca call on Monday and was able to get right in. I was worried thinking this was going to be a horrible charge that something major was wrong with the car. The text assured me that the light reset at the vowel was stuck and everything seemed to be OK. They told me to keep an eye on it and they were here for me if it does it again. What a relief!
