This was my first time buying a car from a remote location (my home vs. the dealership) via the website. Needless to say, I was apprehensive all the way down to the negotiation process. Once everything was completed and very much to my satisfaction, I began to then worry about the delivery process! To my surprise everything, including delivery, went perfectly!! I have to give accolades to Michael for his involvement with me throughout the entire process and even afterwards. He was the difference maker for me and was always available to speak with by phone, text, or even FaceTime when I needed more visual details about the car. The dealership as whole earned my respect during the process and especially when someone came to their office trying to purchase my car while I was signing the paperwork. Through the demands and pressure from the customer they held to their word and commitment to me when they had a sale in person, right in front of them — class act! It’s been almost a week since the car was delivered and Michael is still answering questions from me. If you were having second thoughts or apprehensions about buying a vehicle remotely or from this dealership specifically, my advice is to stop worrying and just do it!
