Five stars I went to FIVE different dealerships before coming here. Other dealers made it seem impossible to get a car without getting a co signer or trading in I went to FIVE different dealerships before coming here. Other dealers made it seem impossible to get a car without getting a co signer or trading in my other family car for two new ones. I was ready to give up but luckily we came to this place and Jorge worked really hard and was able to resolve my situation! On the terms I wanted ! Fabulous service after the sale. I was looking for a minivan because I'm a Field Service Technician. I drive to 2 to 6 locations daily repairing Computers and Printers. I need room I was looking for a minivan because I'm a Field Service Technician. I drive to 2 to 6 locations daily repairing Computers and Printers. I need room for all my tools and parts. I found this minivan online and went to check it out. Jorge Lopez came out to help me. There was no pressure to buy and he gave me a great deal. I happily drove home in my new 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan that same day. One week later, the transmission went out. I was in tears not knowing how I would have the money to repair it and rent a car. I called Jorge and was surprised when he told me that SD Mission Auto would not only pay for the repairs, but they would loan me a car so I could continue working. Jorge found a transmission shop close to my home in Chula Vista and made all the arrangements. He even had the loaner car dropped off at my house. If I am ever looking for another car, SD Mission Auto will be my first stop. Thank you soooooo much for taking such good care of me and Shadow (aka my Dodge Grand Caravan). More
