Amazing customer service When I stopped by to look at cars I explained to Jorge what exactly I was looking for and my price range, immediately he took me to multiple cars that When I stopped by to look at cars I explained to Jorge what exactly I was looking for and my price range, immediately he took me to multiple cars that fit what I was interested in! He knew the lot well and knew where to find what cars. When I found the car I was interested in Jorge offered a test drive and while test driving I found that the navigation in the car didn’t load as it was supposed to so when I got it back to the dealership, Jorge and I talked price and gave me an amazing deal and made sure I would get my navigation fixed! Jorge and Elmer made me an appointment at a dodge dealership to get my radio checked out and made sure to be in constant communication with me to make sure I was informed and happy with what was happening! They paid to get me a new navigation in my car and in a timely manner, overall the customer service was amazing and they made sure I was happy with the whole process! More

Jorge offered to have me picked up if I couldn’t find a ride. I was super impressed with that.as soon as I got up there I was helped right away with checking out the car and going for a drive. I knew it was what I wanted. Made me feel super comfortable inside while waiting for paperwork and everything to be ready. First car I’ve bought by myself so he was very thorough with going over and explaining everything..I would totally recommend this dealership to family friends and anyone I come across looking for a vehicle to purchase.
