Our salesman, Chris, was knowledgeable about all of the cars he had, was obviously passionate and informed, a real car guy! He showed us the van, wasn’t pushy or pressuring, and just a pleasure to deal with. We both decided we weren’t committed to the Sienna. On our way out we saw a beautiful Chrysler 300. So we changed gears and inquired about the car. Rather than think we were a couple of tire kickers, Chris told us about the car, welcomed us to drive it, and we bought the car. He arranged the financing, was efficient and a pleasure to work with. No car sales shenanigans. Just the three things I want to see to make an informed decision: Price, Interest rate, Monthly payment... It all suited our desires so we are happily driving our 300!
