Seems like they don't want to put in any effort to sell their vehicles, apprently they don't like to sell to customers out of state. Very unfriendly salesmen. I understand dealerships add on unnecessary their vehicles, apprently they don't like to sell to customers out of state. Very unfriendly salesmen. I would have easily paid for the additional fees IF they were nice. Think they all need a lesson in customer service. Worst car purchasing experience in 35 year plus. I saw a vehicle online, reached, first they did not know how to sell a vehicle to an out of state customer, then spoke to another employee had experi I saw a vehicle online, reached, first they did not know how to sell a vehicle to an out of state customer, then spoke to another employee had experience and assured me that as long as i do not drive in CA and get the vehicle transported they can have the car registered in Texas. I agreed. They told me to fill out an application. I did, I also told them my bank was offering me a 5.99 rate with 10k down. The salesman told me they can beat that rate with my 850+ score. I agreed and told them to proceed. The whole day I waited for a call to get the outcome,in the meantime I had already booked my flight. After so many text and false promises that they would reach out to me / call me. I finally called them in the evening and asked for an update. They said the bank had declined, My question, why did they not tell me sooner and gave me a run around, I would have just called my bank and got it done, but after all that I lost money in cancelling my flight and plus took a hit on my credit. I understand that banks can be reject but communication is very important. What a shame....... worst worst. More

Don’t buy from here! ! They false advertise in auto trader. I called for a car they had advertised and emailed them. They emailed me back to come look at the car. They nev ! Don't buy cars from this dealership. We purchased a car a few months ago. Sales person lied about getting us a car part that was missing from the interior, told us they were going to det We purchased a car a few months ago. Sales person lied about getting us a car part that was missing from the interior, told us they were going to detail the car as it had some scratches, but never did it. They wouldn't schedule us to go in. ( I still have the messages as proof) They told us the car had been in an accident which was fine with us, however they claim they do not sell Salvage title cars. We have been trying to trade in the car at several dealerships but nobody will take the car because they say the car needs inspection. They are all saying that with those major damages the Title of the car needs to be Salvage and it's not safe to be driven. If necessary I will literally stand out side the dealer and let all the people know the type of cars they sell. As you can see from recent reviews many are having similar issues. Also if they tell you can not refinance until 6 months, that is a lie. You can refinance at any given time with any bank or credit union. If they try to take my review down I will keep putting back on as I have proof to all if this. I will be posting in all the places I can write reviews so more people can see this. More
