Trust Worthy Dealership Great local dealership,didn't need to shop anywhere else. We bought several cars here.Two of them were brand new jeeps of course for me of course. Dan Kwilinski Does it Again!!!! I've known Dan for years at S&L and I just bought my fourth car from him yesterday. Dan knows what I want and is patient with me. He will from time I've known Dan for years at S&L and I just bought my fourth car from him yesterday. Dan knows what I want and is patient with me. He will from time to time call me to let me know when there is a good deal or if the type of car I am interested in comes on his lot. A really great guy who will spend the time with you going over the features of a new car. Cars have changes tremendously in the last few years (from a technology standpoint) and Dan showed me all the bells and whistles I didn't know existed on my new Jeep. I will continue to buy my new cars from Dan in the future. Thanks again for a hassle free and quick transaction.....very refreshing. Also, I don't want to leave Frank Bennett out. I am not a big fan of warranties, but he made it simple and gave me a few days to think about it. I think I'm going to pull the trigger on it. Thanks for making it easy. Thanks everyone. Not one person kept their word I had spoke with julie on march 19 in regards to my chrysler 200 2015. I had a wheel bearing going out and needed it replaced. I was told to contact s I had spoke with julie on march 19 in regards to my chrysler 200 2015. I had a wheel bearing going out and needed it replaced. I was told to contact s&l because it might be under warranty. Julie stated that if it is for sure the wheel bearing it would be covered and if it was something else not covered i would pay the $60 diagnostic fee. I knew it was the wheel bearing so i made an appt for thursday morning at 930. She said it would take about an hr or two so i asked if i could drop my car off the night before. Wed night around 5 i gave Julie my key fob and information. Thur morning around 1030 am i called to see the status of my car. Julie stated the diagnostic test was not done and that they would call me when it was. 130 rolls around (4hrs later) and no call. So i call back and julie states its still not done. I asked why is it taking so long if i had an appt at 930am.. She said bc i was not sitting there waiting and other people were, they were taking care of them first. I have 2 kids. I need a vehicle. She said well we never had you fill out paperwork stating when you needed your car back. How is this my fault? I had an appointment. Another hr and a half goes by and Julie finally calls me back to tell me it is the wheel bearing but its not covered and that i need 4 new tires... But they have a sale!! Buy 3 get 1 free! I asked why i have to pay for the wheel bearing when she told me it would be covered. After going back and forth i asked to speak to a manager and left a vm. No call back. Friday morning at 955am i called and spoke with phil the service manager. Explained the situation and he said he would call me back in 10 to 15 min. 2 hrs went by and no phone call and no vehicle to get to and from. I called phil back around noon and was told he was busy. Waited another hr no phone call. I called again and it went straight to vm. I left a message to be called back. A short while later, phil calls me back to tell me there is nothing he can do and that if Julie misinformed me or assumed hes sorry. Two days now they have had my car. No one has kept their word about times, appointments and work to be done. So here i sit without my vehicle waiting for the general manager to call me back. More

2017 Ford F150 XLT Purchase No nonsense , low pressure dealership. I was asked what I was looking for and the next morning I received a call that two trucks would be in about 10 No nonsense , low pressure dealership. I was asked what I was looking for and the next morning I received a call that two trucks would be in about 10 days. When I was called they were in I went out and looked at one and it was exactly the vehicle I was looking for.
