Technician and desk clerk were great , not happy with extra charges that were given to us for checking bad censon . Took extended warranty on truck , censor warning was give on dashboard to service , sho extra charges that were given to us for checking bad censon . Took extended warranty on truck , censor warning was give on dashboard to service , should have been covered under warranty. They plugged into a machine to see issue, that showed no problem and charged us a $110 , and for That reason we feel that is very poor customer service . Not happy at all . Would appreciate a response to this review.! Thank you More

Great service, over and above. They ended up finding updates for my Ecodiesel and asked to keep the truck an extra day. When I got it back, its now phenomenal.
