2 hours for an oil change is ridiculous. The tire pressures were not adjusted properly and the wiper fluid was not topped off . Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation. Was told I need both front and rear breaks replaced. Got a second opinion and was told there was no need for new break pads. Car was also leaking oil after oi I need both front and rear breaks replaced. Got a second opinion and was told there was no need for new break pads. Car was also leaking oil after oil change because the gasket was not put on correctly. This is not the first time I have questioned the services I have received. Due to this last trip, I will not be using S&K for routine services any longer. More
